What body type are you?

Ectomorph:  If you are an Ectomorph, you are typical small boned with a slight frame. You are thin and lean and may find it hard to gain weight. Generally you have a fast metabolism  


Mesomorph:  A typical Mesomorph body type is naturally athletic with defined muscles. There is a tendency to be naturally strong and fit but also a tendancy to gain weight easily it not careful. 

Endomorph:   A heavier body with soft, rounded features is typical of the Endomorph. Shorter in stature with more fat that muscle is another feature of this body type.
