Chick Pea Hummus with lemon

We tried this yummy hummus in Il Terrazzo, The Phoenician's swish American/Italian restaurant. We love the lemony flavour and take a look at the pile of pita that comes with. We had a side order of endamame and a glass of Pinot Grigio and it provided the perfect light dinner. ~ AD
