Coastal Trek Resort located in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, B.C.,  offers a simple and effective program designed to inspire guests to improve their health both inside and out.

Program participants will experience the benefits of: yoga, hiking, good and healthful cuisine and relaxation.  The ultimate goal is a renewed sense of health and general well being, but more importantly, a renewed joy for a life well lived!  "Our mission," says owner Andrea Stuchbery, "is to send guests home feeling healthier than they have in years."
