Contest Rules & Regulations
Only ONE entry via this web site and ONE SECOND entry via FACEBOOK will be allowed. To keep this contest fair to ALL participants all other entries sumitted the same person will be filtered out before the draw is made.
1. The winner's name will be drawn at random from all names entered in the contest.
2. Prize must be accepted as and may not be altered or redeemed for cash.
3. You must be a subscriber of Travel to Wellness to win. If you are not already a subscriber then by entering this contest you agree to let Travel to Wellness send you the free Travel to Wellness newsletter. If you are already a subscriber, you will continue to receive just ONE copy of the newsletters. Your information will remain totally confidential and will not be shared with anyone.
5. Employees, suppliers and contributors to Travel to Wellness are not eligible to win.
6. You must be at least 18 years old to win. Or older depending on the eligible age in the province, state, country in which you live.
7. Contest closes at midnight (EST), January 31, 2012.
8. Winner will be contacted on or before February 8th, 2012 by e-mail and telephone and be given until February 11 at 6pm (EST) to respond before another name is drawn at random.
9. A gift certificate for the prize will be mailed to you by the Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa so you will need to give us a mailing address. The winner's name will be announced in a February issue of the Travel to Wellness newsletter and on the web site.
