Here's to "greens" for the Holiday season
by Kelly Bradley
December can be a crazy hectic month. A great way to decrease stress is to be sure you are getting the vitamins and minerals you need to optimally function. The most nutrient-dense group of food is Greens. Load up on your greens! Try kale, rainbow chard, dandelion greens, spinach, cilantro, watercress and more. If you have a juicer try making green juices and adding some apple and lemon for taste. Make a fruit smoothie and throw in some spinach or romaine. I swear you won’t even know it’s there. Have a fabulous holiday season and eat your greens!

Best New Product - Win One and See For Yourself
Phytomer's new Deep Wrinkle Eraser Emulsion is designed to minimize fine lines and wrinkles. Made from a marine-based ingredient, the product fills the groove of wrinkles and instantly softens them. A slim pump is used to massage the product right into the heart of the wrinkle. We tried it at The Spa at the Old Mill in Toronto and were impressed with the immediate results. The product retails for about $80 Cdn.

The best spa review received between now and January 5 will win the writer a full-size product. For spa review samples please go to Spa Reviews from Spa Goers. Send your reviews to editor@traveltowellness.com Winner will be annouced in the January issue of this newsletter.
