3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh garlic
Pinch of crushed red pepper
Pinch of kosher salt
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of dried herb – basil, thyme, or oregano
Mix all ingredients together
Cut a selection of your favourite vegetables into planks
Coat in marinade
Grill until done
