    SPA RECIPES: GRILLED VEGETABLE MARINADE

    contributed by Executive Chef Chad Luethje of the Red Mountain Spa


    3 Tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp fresh garlic
    Pinch of crushed red pepper
    Pinch of kosher salt
    Pinch of pepper
    Pinch of dried herb – basil, thyme, or oregano

    Mix all ingredients together
    Cut a selection of your favourite vegetables into planks
    Coat in marinade
    Grill until done
    Enjoy
