Create an Office Spa Experience
To enjoy a slice of "spa experience" right in your office, the Sonoran Spa at Westward Look Resort in Tucson, Arizona suggests that you pull together a small aromatherapy kit and keep it in your desk drawer.
Include vials of the following essential oils:
Eucalyptus - an energizing decongestant
Lavender- for relaxation and stress relief
Peppermint - a stimulating scent which also aids digestion
Ylang Ylang - for creating balance and mental clarity
Frankincense - deepens the breath and promotes meditation
As needed, open a vial, breathe in, and enjoy the moment, You may also want to put a few drops on a tissue and keep it on your desk top....for a lingering therapeutic scent.
