L’Armoire du Haut - Vegetarian Cooking
With a dietetics degree from Trois-Rivières, Dominique Dupuis takes her passion for whole foods to the L'Armoire du Haut classroom with cooking classes that focus on making delicious healthy organic food inspired by the flavours of the world. Rather than telling people what they should eat, she wants to show students how they can create these nutrient rich dishes.
There are a range of classes including Grocery Shopping 101, Seasonal Cooking and Vegan Christmas. The classes teach you how to make colourful, tasty, and healthy food for every day.
