Elaine Gluten Free Gourmet

It doesn’t matter if you’re gluten intolerant or not, you can still learn the art of gourmet, gluten-free cooking and baking with whole foods chef Elaine Randolph of Elaine Gluten Free Gourmet.

Elaine has been taking and teaching workshops with an emphasis on wholesome food without the empty calories and additives (like cornstarch) for over 30 years. 

Whether it’s a class focused on bread kneading or pizza making, each workshop begins with a demonstration followed by the chance to try your own hand at the recipe, always leaving time at the end to sample your creations, of course.
