Parsley Tea
Spa therapists tell us that Parsley Tea is wonderful for skin because it's rich in vitamins A and C. Put two heaped tablespoons chopped fresh parsley in a large jug. Add 500 ml (2 cups) boiling water, cover and leave to stand for 12 - 15 minutes. Strain, cool and keep covered in the fridge. A glass every day is recommended. Since it's known to be a gentle diuretic, you may not want to down a glass just prior to heading out for a hike or paddle.
