He created menus for the resort’s gourmet dining experience, adhering to the focus of ‘longevity’ and ‘wellness’ with high nutritional standards through the use of a wide variety of locally sourced vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds, herbs and spices, and healthy fats such as olive oil with no artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

The resort also offers a wide range of leisure facilities including a driving range and putting green, outdoor swimming pools, indoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, games room, cinema room, library, cyber café and meditation room and deck.

Set amidst a protected natural reserve and peaceful mountains with breathtaking scenery, guests can also take advantage of beautiful gardens, walking trails and meditation areas.

Accommodation consists of 195 spacious and beautifully appointed suites, with areas between 60m2 and 120m2, each with one comfortable double bedroom with complete bathroom, wide living and dining room with fully equipped kitchenette, a second bathroom with walk in shower, a balcony with outdoor dining furniture, air-conditioning and heating, telephone, satellite TV with video on-demand, internet access, safe, among other quality features.

It is just five minutes from Caldas de Monchique, which is well known for its natural spring water “Água de Monchique.” Furthermore, it is only 20 minutes drive from the cities of Portimão and Silves, Rocha and Alvor Beaches, 15 minutes from the Morgado and Álamos golf courses and just 40 minutes from Faro International Airport.
