Ingredients
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
2 tbls. dried cranberries
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1 banana sliced
2-3 stawberries, sliced
agave nectar for drizzle

Directions
Place quinoa and water in a 2-quart saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer; cover and let cook until all water is absorbed (10-15 min).
Scoup quinoa into serving bowl. Top with cranberries, bananas and strawberries, drizzle with agave and sprinkle with cinnamon. This cereal is packed with protein and nutrients. Optional: Almond milk served on the side or poured over the top.
