Salute Toronto Food & Wine Festival

The first Salute Toronto Wine & Food Festival was help May 4the to 9th, 2009 in various locations around the city. The focus was on the foods and wines of Ontario plus wines from around the world. In total more than 50 wineries from 14 countries were represented.

Events included an event at the fabulous Hart House Great Hall & Courtyard, University of Toronto. The three-hour outdoor event attract a couple of hundred people to sample Ontario wines, cheeses and produce. Inside the Great Hall, guests sampled international wines.
