To kick off the fall season, get up close and personal with the great Canadian outdoors at Whispering Springs for their Health+Harvest Retreat this September 24-26.
The pristine glamping resort – located in eastern Ontario – will offer two nights and three days of health and body wellness rejuvenation with a unique blend of yoga and relaxation, in addition to fresh and seasonal farm-to-table meals, a wellness workshop, and a holistic nutritionist.
Each morning, your day will begin with a healthy and wholesome breakfast delivered to your tent – which is complete with plush beds, an en suite bathroom, a soaker tub, and thoughtful décor – followed by an activating yoga practice specific to your needs and body type. The yoga classes will be held in the lodge-inspired outdoor guest pavilion, which overlooks a picturesque spring-fed pond – the perfect backdrop to connect with your inner self and with nature.
The retreat will also include a wellness workshop with a holistic nutritionist, who will discuss relevant lifestyle and dietary topics to improve your life and your health. During free time, guests are invited to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery by the saltwater pool and therapeutic hot tub, or explore the forest trails and hidden beach volleyball court. Following a fresh and delicious vegetarian dinner, guests will come together around a cozy campfire to share stories and discoveries as they learn and grow together.
