World Wellness Weekend

Fun and free wellness activities are coming to a city near you!

The 3rd annual World Wellness Weekend, founded by Jean-Guy de Gabriac in 2017, is scheduled for September 21-22 and will be celebrated in 100 countries around the world

Major hospitality groups, independant retreats plus spas and clinics around the world are supporting World Wellness Weekend, a global initiative designed to “spread the well.”

Participating companies include Canyon Ranch, Kamalaya, Mandara Spas, Marriott, Massage Company, Massage Envy, Mayan Luxury Group, MGallery, Minor, Nobu, Outrigger, Pullman, Ritz-Carlton, Rocco Forte, Sandals, Serena, Serenbe, Shangri-La, Six Senses, Sukotai, Talise Spas, Victoria Jungfrau, Walforf Astoria …and many others.

Organizations around the world are also spreading the word. Fifty associations and federations, including the Wellness Tourism Associatioon, are supporting the initiative and encouraging their members to get on board by showcase their wellness-related expertise.

Brussels-based De Gabriac says “we wish to inspire millions to switch to healthier lifestyles in alignment with the 3rd Sustainable Development Goal supported by the United Nations Global Sustainability Index Institute and many other organizations.”
