Mexican Salsa, Pica de Gallo

Ingredients
1 large tomato
1 small white or red onion
1 serrano chile (optional)
½ cup chopped cilantro
salt to taste

Method
Mince the tomato, onion, chile and cilantro and mix all ingredients together.
Serve on scrambled eggs or with whole wheat crackers.
