An H3 wellness vacation promises more than a tan or a souvenir. Each guest is given the opportunity to return home a changed person with a game plan for living a healthy life.
H3onDemand was created by Hilton Head Health’s exercise, nutrition and behavioral psychology experts. To the best of our knowledge H3onDemand is the only commercially-available video library that addresses physical activity, nutrition and kitchen skills, and behavioral understanding and modification in a single cohesive and engaging program. Spokesperson Taryn Sher says it is the only program of its kind in the U.S.
H3onDemand’s current library consists of over 110 unique videos specially curated to encourage and support those who struggle with unhealthy weight, chronic conditions or limited mobility. The videos are broken into three categories: EatWell, MoveWell and BeWell.
EatWell features recipes and step by step cooking videos from the Hilton Head Health Chefs as well as tips and tricks for dining out and better nutrition from the nutrition team.
MoveWell features a variety of workouts ranging from 30-45 minutes a session with everything from HIIT, Kickboxing, Dance, and Yoga. Every fitness video will offer 3 different modifications depending on the fit level of the individual.
BeWell offers a variety of lifestyle topics to help with overall wellbeing such as stress management, mindful eating, better sleep habits, and meditation.
The streaming service is sequenced into a 16-week program called REAL Weight Loss, inspired by the LoseWell program at the weight loss resort. Videos are added weekly.
