Dear Travel to Wellness readers,
At the launch of this brand new year, I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to each and every one of you for helping make Travel to Wellness the prefered site for the wellness-minded traveller. In 2008, more than 100,000 travellers browsed our pages, took advantage of the specials posted in our Last Minute Spa section and contributed to our Spa Reviews. We have been interviewed on radio and television and quoted in the press and asked to contribute to a number of blogs and other online publications.
But we want to make Travel to Wellness better, more useful, easier to use. Tell us how. Would you like to see more special offers? More Girl Getaways? More Wellness Vacation options? More feature articles?

10 Easy, Inexpensive Resolutions for a Healthier New Year
1. I will start my day with a cup of hot water flavoured with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
2. I will eat fish at least twice a week.
3. Three times a week, I will take a brisk walk of at least 20 minutes.
4. Whenever possible, I will take the stairs instead of an elevator or escalator.
5. Once a day I will acknowledge one thing I am thankful for.
6. At least once a month, I will spend time with a friend who makes me laugh and/or makes me feel good about myself.
7. I will practice saying “I can do that” instead of “I can’t do that.”
8. Whenever I am feeling stressed I will pause and take a deep breath.
9. I will get at least seven or eight hours of sleep every night.
10. I will look to the future instead of reviewing the past.
