Healthy Snacks for the Road

Whether you're taking a road trip or flying off to exotic destinations - be sure to pack a few healthy snacks. Here at TTW we never leave home without at least a couple of zip-lock bags of goodies - things such as:

Carrot sticks, walnuts, almonds, dried apricots or cranberries, pumpkin seeds, soy nuts, a banana,
apple or other fresh fruit


Snacking on healthy items during the journey can save you from over-indulging in fast foods on arrival. Truthfully now, if you are what you eat wouldn't you really rather be a slim, healthy carrot than a Big Mac?
