Karisma Skincare for healthy skin

You’ve heard the term “clean eating”? Well, Karisma Skincare – a product line that promises natural ingredients to keep your skin looking fresh and healthy – now brings you “clean skincare.”  Designed to nourish skin with deep, revitalizing nutrients and long-lasting hydration, the Karisma Skincare line comes with the commitment that “there is nothing in any Karisma product that is toxic or harmful to your health and all products are cruelty-free.”

According to Lisa Mazzarella, Founder & CEO of California-based Karisma Skincare, “the products are non-toxic, clean products without harsh chemicals but, instead, using ingredients that nourish, heal, repair and renew – actually bringing back skin’s youthful look,” she says.

A former attorney, Lisa tells us she was inspired for the line because she was fed up with buying high-priced products only to discover they were toxic and ineffective. “I decided to make my own products, and this is how Karisma Skincare was born.”

Karisma Glow-to-Go Kit perfect for the traveler

Individual products, priced from $70 U.S. and up are available via the Karisma Skin Care web site, and packaging is 90% refillable, recyclable or reusable. Super convenient for travelers interested in keeping their skin looking fresh and well-nourished when away from home, the KARISMA GLOW-TO-GO KIT includes Karisma Deep Cleansing Facia Oil, Face Polish, Quickie Honey Mask, Ultimate Face Oil, Sheen Body Oil and Dual Active Eye Treatment. We not only love the products but the convenience of traveling with all of our skin-care needs in one easy-to-pack, carry-on-sized, zippered cloth bag.

One of the key ingredients in the line is pomegranate seed oil, which, we’re told, is the only source of punicic acid which is referred to as the “anti” ingredient because it is touted as being anti-cancer, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory as well as an  antioxidant.

According to the U.K.-based School of Natural Skincare, founded in 2010 and, to date, has trained over 12,000 students in 130 countries to make their own natural and organic skincare and haircare products plus launch their own businesses, there are benefits in using pomegranate oil for skin care. Here’s what they have to say:

Pomegranate oil is a wonderful addition to your natural skincare products.

Other natural products used in the Karisma Skin Care line include sunflower seed oil, apricot kernel oil, isotonic sea water, almond oil, lavender oil, Vitamin E and virgin coconut butter.

The launch of the line has been a ‘labor of love and deep commitment,” says Lisa. “Karisma is not just a skincare company – it is a personal mission to make sure we all feel beautiful and confident in our own skin.”
