He’s the judge of the World Spa & Wellness Awards, conference producer of the World Spa & Wellness Conference, judged the World Championship Massage 2019, and is a member of the Wellness Tourism Association. The next World Wellness Weekend will be celebrated September 18 & 19, 2021.
What is your favourite place to just ‘BE” and why?
I love hammocks, putting my feet up, floating, swinging, snoozing. Ahhhhh Life is Good 😉
What’s one thing you do to work wellness into your everyday life?
Yoga with my cat when I am at home, or “Yo’Go” (Yoga on the Go) when I am travelling 😉
What’s your best healthy snack?
I go nuts for hazelnuts and trail mix.
What’s one key health/wellness/beauty product or gadget that you could not travel without?
Earplugs and eye-contour cream.
What do you do to keep your sense of balance while traveling?
Booking a deep-tissue or a local healing massage at a nearby spa on the day of my arrival.
What geographic destination in the world is at the top of your travel “bucket list” and why?
Artic Europe to chase Aurora Borealis.
